The location is stunning and perfect, just a pleasant stroll away from Deir el Qalaa. The rooms are big and amazing, with a wonderful terrace and a great view. The staff is helpful and has a smiling face.

The location was good, just off Beirut and other great places in the mountains, churches, and Broummana center, in a fairly quiet area. The hotel employees were super-friendly.

We were pleasantly surprised by the stunning mountain scenery surrounding the hotel. The views from our room on the 5th floor were absolutely breathtaking. The spacious and well-designed living room added a touch of comfort to our stay. The kitchen was equipped with clean and hygienic utensils, making it convenient for preparing meals. The hotel's laundry service proved to be the most affordable we've encountered. The front desk staff, particularly Mr. Chris, went above and beyond to assist us.

There were a few minor inconveniences, such as the bathroom hand shower not being fixed properly, resulting in reduced water flow. Additionally, we had to request a towel for the kitchen and an extra toilet paper roll for our two-night stay.

The hotel's owner and staff were very friendly and helpful in every way. Neat place, great location.
